31 JANUARY, 2024. St Louis Girls Secondary School, Ondo, Nigeria, was officially opened on January 25, 1954. The government took over ownership of the school in the early 1980s. It was returned to the Catholic Diocese of Ondo, the original owner, on May 5, 2022. Almost 70 years after the missioning of the first three sisters by Mother Columbanus, Christiana Kure SSL, the Nigeria Provincial Team Leader, missioned two sisters to Ondo in August 2022 - Laurencia Daniel SSL and Rachel Alonge SSL.
