25 APRIL, 2024. Brazil Associate Maria Suely de Sousa Marinho, recently received the “Mulheres de Luta” award in the State of Goiás, from Bia de Lima, the State Deputy of the Legislative Assembly, to mark International Women’s Day. The “Mulheres de Luta” award roughly translates to Women of Grit or Activist Woman in English. Suely is an SSL associate, Vice President of the AAVE Group, and was also a Sister of St Louis for about nine years.
